Question: - "How can Arafat and the Palestinians achieve peace when certain radical Palestinians insist on their own agenda?"

Thomas' Answer: "Don't be so stupid. As long as the radical Jewish settlers continue their violence, backed by the equally violent Israeli military, Palestinians don't have peace. Yet, they continue to offer a compromise.

Thomas, you enjoy changing the subject. I'm not surprised. Answering my question was bound to be an embarrasment to you.

You refuse to even acknowledge that there are terrorists and that some of them are beyond Arafat's control. You make no effort to answer this.

Can you imagine how it would feel if you and I were neighbors and I openly professed peaceful intentions to you and your family....and then, looked the other way while my children threw rocks at your children... and denied to the world that I approved of such terrible things.

You would think I was duplicitous...and you'd be right.

Arafat is equally duplicitous. He feigns peace and makes no effort to reign in the terrorists.. That is why the Israeli military reacts the way I do. This will all stop when the terrorists (not the peaceful Palestinians) wish to wage peace instead of war.

Hmmm. Looks like I'll have to start posting those excerpts from Palestinian and Syrian text books. Nothing cuts to the heart of the matter better than hate in it's rawest form.
