From what I've heard, it appears to be illegal. However, I'm sure that it could be spun to make it ok, under some broad authorization to fight terrorism; that's the first spin I've heard. Legal/illegal doesn't matter anymore. What's done is done. Impeachment will never happen as long as the R's hold Congress.It's up to us. Maybe some war crimes stuff if he loses the election, but I think he is immune from prosecution for deeds done as prez. Besides, Shrub hasn't had sex in the WH.(Pity.
