But if he [Osama bin Laden] were hiding out someplace with no US jurisdiction, where they could not arrest him?

...would you still condemn it as murder, even though he planned 9/11, and more attacks since, and who knows what attacks in the future? come on, answer the question.

Your post reminds me why I avoid checking "political" threads more often than I do...

FWIW, I heard Tony Blair last night on C-Span. He confirmed strongly and in no uncertain terms Israel's right to defend itself against terrorists. What the hell else would you expect them to do? Go back to Poland, or Iraq, or Syria -- where their Grandparents came from?
