You didn't answer my question: But if he [Osama bin Laden] were hiding out someplace with no US jurisdiction, where they could not arrest him? ...would you still condemn it as murder, even though he planned 9/11, and more attacks since, and who knows what attacks in the future? come on, answer the question.
