Yes, you did. And when I looked into it I observed 1) there were many "off-topic" posts; 2) the topic itself is rather vague; 3) the thread is in the Politics forum; and 4) it was a response to the last post made by the recipient on a thread where the sender was not banned at the time it was made, which apparently is why it occurred on that thread. In consideration of which, I left it alone.
