Hun? Did I get this right? WTF does that mean?

This was in response to a very good question about housing bubbles.

Response from Congress, "is it real (this wealth)?

GS: Peoples views can change even if the physical does not(a steel mill's value).

Then Congress let GS off the hook. I dunno.
