<There are some single-family and two family sellers in my town who have really reached for the stars in their asking prices, having bought and held since the early to mid-1990's.> About 90%of the neighborhood I live in are empty second houses, rarely used. I have my eye on a few, the people had no idea what I was thinking when they invited me to dinner: grave dancing. This will take a few years though, I'll just watch the first couple foreclosure auctions when they come. Maybe my 801 FICO will come in handy someday afterall?
