As the three nations enforced Res 688 Illegal, except in Steven Seagal movies. Of course, your example of Cuba is absurd in its irrelevance. There is no standing UN Security Council resolution condemning the dictator of the United States for murdering hundreds of thousands of his own civilians. You are saying that if Bush killed a million American civilians, and then vetoed any Security Council Resolutions concerning that slaughter, then Bush would be innocent. Fascinating! Tom
