No they're still irrelevant. Don't try and turn that around on me when you guys are the ones who place your beliefs in that money skimming organization over your own countries.

If they are irrelevant, why is Bush asking them to figure out how to transfer control of the country back to the Iraqi people? You'd think that George would have had a plan for that BEFORE attacking Iraq.

I understand that there are up to 70 people involved in this scandal...and they are from 45 countries, and I also understand that there are US people involved.

Because this program was abused, does not mean the UN is irrelevant. It means we need to put more energy into the organization. The bad apples will be drummed out, and some may have to do some jail time.

Heck we got bad CEO's here in the US. Ken Lay, friend of Bush, screwed more people for more money in the Enron scandal then the oil for food program. Is Bush now irrelevant too?
