Chinu, we have an electoral college. Like it or not, that is how the system works.

There has not been much effort since 2000 to reform presidential electoral rules, has there? Have any of the Dems introduced bills in the last 4 years to do away with the Electoral College or the way we elect our presidents?
I don't know, so please, fill me in.
