And I am not afraid of the truth.

I'll take your word that you are not afraid of it but in this conversational thread you seem to have a problem recognizing it.

Tim, I am afraid its you who has problems facing the truth. With every argument you make, there is a kernel of the truth embedded within it, and then its wrapped up in your particular bias which skews the truth to fit your vision of the world. You are extremely ideological while seemingly ignorant of that fact, and you refuse to entertain any concept or idea that you personally haven't experienced. Its very limiting in an interaction.

Add that to the fact that you don't want to admit that you might be wrong and you have a discussion that goes on indefinitely. It becomes a dysfunctional exchange.

Its much like DR. Instead of admitting that there are potentially fatal problems in Iraq, he suggests we are in a particularly negative phase, and in the end, it will all work out. On that basis, we are supposed to hold the line. It must be ideological......much like the Bush WH, you all don't like admitting when you are wrong and altering course. That attitude is very frustrating to the rest of us and is proving to be a major cost in lives and funding.

When Bush is successful at something, I will be more open to considering future adventures with him. However, as of this moment, I consider Bush a fired employee.
