No its not that simple. For one thing there is plenty of doubt about Bush's statements that Iraq had WMD being a lie, but lets assume for a second that they where all lies. Bush didn't do anything to "send 600 American kids to their death". Bush invaded Iraq to overthrow Saddam. You might believe that this effort was not worth 600 American lives. For the sake of argument lets assume this is also taken as a given if only for this post. Even if I assume all of that it still amounts to "Bush lied to support the overthrow of a despotic regime and the war to make this happen resulted in 600 America deaths (so far)". Which is very different then "Bush used a lie to send 600 American kids to their death.". That statement is basically the same as saying that killing 600 American kids was Bush's aim. Even if the WMD statements where true having and achieving that aim would be the moral equivalent of murdering them. And presumably every president that got involved in a war, at least one where we where not attacked first would be a murderer of "American kids".
