The GOP controls both houses. If they allow pork spending, they're responsible, not the beneficiaries. As McCain says, the GOP congress is spending "like drunken sailors" and Bush is letting them plunder our treasury all they want. McCain calls Bush "corrupt" for this.

Of course any congressman will take pork if the speaker allows it. Frist and Delay have the power to stop it but don't because they are the biggest offenders of all. Corruption Inc.
