Maybe not in most situations but in some, that's why gov't is needed to intervene. I agree with that, I'm not an anarchist. I just think such control should be exercised less often then it is now, and most of the time when it is exercised it should be as a matter of clearly set out law or regulation in an area narrowly defined by law.
