Cheney-Bush let Bin Lauden go in Tora Bora. Had him cornered. right after 9-11 they let all the Bin Laudenbs out of the US without being interrogated and tried to cover it up. Why? Why? Why? We know the Bushes and Bin Laudens are old business family friends but this is ridiculous. The guy is public enemy number one and Cheney-Bush are his family's butt. Why? Something to do with the fact that Saudi companies have contributed about 1.5 billion to Bushie companies and bank accounts over the years? And Bin Lauden is the Halliburton of Saudi Arabia.
This is a very crooked gang. Shame on you for defending them.

Gloop, Bush had the opportunity to have the full force and might of the US armed forces to get bin Laden. Had him trapped in Tora Bora...and let him go.

Your references to Clinton shows your ignorance in these matters.

Gloop, you do not have any proof that the Sudanese wanted to hand over Osama and that they even had captured Osama. We do not know what intelligence reports Clinton had about the entire situation. The right wing propaganda is at play when they say that we passed up on the Osama offer.

We got taken for a ride by Chalabi and his men with regards to WMD, which made our intelligence and Bush look like an idiot with regards to the WMD.

In those countries they deal in a very complex way. Lying, posturing etc. is rampant. So for you to trust the Sudanese is preposterous. The Senate Intelligence Committee who are privy to such matters, I am sure, checked out the intelligence reports and did not feel that the offer was credible and that someone out there wanted to make a fast buck. The Clintonians were smart and slick.

Now the right wing propaganda machine will say anything they want. Why did they not do so then and raise a stink then. HAs it ever crossed your mind that if they did so then, they would be exposed with real hard evidence that the offer was a scam?
