Delay is the most corrupt speaker we've ever had. He's Mr. Pork Barrel Corruption personified. The first thing he did with the new congress was eliminate ethics rules involving having to report lobbyists gifts. The pigs are at the troughs now and our deficits are sdoaring because of it. This is a massive ripoff being perpetrated mainly by Delay-Frist-Cheney-Bush and tbheir lobbyists against the US taxpayers and consumers.
