Speak up, we're listening. > Actually Nadine, that's quite a good option, though reconstituted is a better description of what would be involved. Since it was formed by the UN, it could be unformed [just as the USA unsigns things]. Especially since the legitimacy of the UN at the time was questionable, and still is. I think it would be a good thing for Iraq and Israel to BOTH be taken over by the NUN, run as autonomous countries under a NUN constitution, which would be somewhat like the "one country, two systems" establishment for China and Hong Kong, but with much more clear and solid demarcation. Iraq might need to be "one country, three systems". Come to think of it, I'd toss Kuwait in there too. They lost the war in 1990 and the UN [USA and Cow] saved their bacon [so to speak, not that they are keen on bacon]. So I think that makes Kuwait the property of the UN and Cow. There is too much oil in Kuwait for the few sheiks who were handed an absurdly large windfall, carved out of Iraq's populous territory in British Empire times. Displaced Palestinians could be given the right to live in Iraq, Israel or Kuwait [Iraqis and Kuwaitis are apparently avid supporters of Palestinians so should be happy to have those who wish to go and live there and join the thriving economies]. Then, we would have a world government NUN with everybody happy. After that, we could, according the script from the Jerry Falwell society, get Armageddon under way and have the Second Coming, which should be a really impressive show, bigger and better than the Bob Geldof "We are the world" multi-artist rock show. I wouldn't miss it for the world [so to speak]. How's that for a good plan? Pretty cool eh. Then, no more of the crazy MAD religious wackoes killing each other off in the name of some malevolent supernatural spooks. Running the world is easy. Now, having set up the middle east, I'll have a nice cup of tea then come up with some good schemes for Taiwan, North Korea/South Korea, Hong Kong, East Timor and other problem areas. The best idea is tradeable citizenship, but I'll explain later. Rome wasn't built in a day. Mqurice
