I have a new Dell that has a free 90 day pass to Norton Internet Security that has NAV 2004 with it. I, too, was wondering the same thing as I don't get the scanning box for outgoing email either, but do with NAV 2002 on another machine. All appropriate boxes are checked.

If Symantec has free web site help through dialog with a techie, I'm going to ask them about this and will report back unless someone comes up with something else.

Edit: I see the cow has come through again as usual! I'll try that solution first.

Edit again: Everything I had that was supposed to be checked is checked so I think I'll go back to my original idea. Thanks
