If the democrats want a balanced budget where is the 2 billion coming out from , increased taxes?

People like you are the problem. Hillary is out there thinking big thoughts and trying to help the world, and all you do is complain.

$2 billion is chump change compared to the rest of the annual federal budget of around $2 trillion. Only one tenth of a percent of a trillion.

I guess it may sound strange to say that, but it's true. Especially if the $2 billion is for something worth doing. Even more if the $2 billion is for something that will bring about an increase in economic productivity, which education should.

We should spend more money on educating the rest of the world. Better that than fighting. Not that education makes the fighting go away, but there's always hope.
