Felons in prison should not be allowed to vote. Once someone does their sentence and pays their debt to society, and has been rehabilitated, I see no reason to deny them the right to vote.

Kenneth Lay is allowed to vote...and he stole billions from shareholders.

If I were Bush, I would have returned the money that Enron and Kenneth Lay donated to my campaign.
