It's truly mind numbing how convoluted the whole concept of morality has become in America today. I couldn't believe Vice President Dick Cheney was on CSPAN2 last night addressing the "National Right to Life Committee" annual gala, talking about the sanctity of human life and how every single human life should be considered precious and protected. This is the same guy who aparently had a major hard on over attacking Iraq and was the biggest force in the Bush Admin pushing for a war to oust Saddam?!? A war that has cost 100s of American lives, 10,000s of Iraqi lives, and has violated every principle of human decency. Incredible how these people can speak out of both sides of their mounths. When the rubber hits the road, the only thing that really matters to them is money. Iraq is a gold mine of oil. Right-to-life is a way for them to further their political agenda and kill more people in the 3rd world in the pursuit of profit. How ironic!
