No, because it takes way from the TRUE heroes who had REAL injuries to get their purple hearts.

Wasn't it the 3rd purple heart that got Kerry out of Nam? Maybe he went there for a little quick glory to help his future political career, saw there was a real war going on and got the hell out of Dodge, who knows?
