One of the problems in our society is that people who go to colleges like the one mentioned are often seen as budding nazis or stepford children. There are an awful lot of people who share their beliefs and want to live like that, and ignoring them or trivializing them is a mistake. They are good people and a threat to no one. The reason the vast majority of them tend to be republican is that legalized abortion is unacceptable to them.
