Supreme Court nominations make for interesting sport, remember the Bork and Thomas fiascos. And Suter turned out to be a liberal, who would have guessed. Though I happen to favor a conservative interpretation of the Consitution myself, I think Roe vs. Wade has been a disaster, guaranteeing a polarized nation for decades to come, would have been better to just say it is a matter for the individual states to decide. Ru486 has made it a dead issue anyway, too late to put the genie back into the bottle.
