You are concerned with Israeli security, but not Palestinian security. Not surprising, but worth noting.

If Israel were to withdraw to the 1967 border, that would immensely improve its security. First, all of the Arab neighbors would immediately lose any reason to be hostile to Israel, and they would all sign peace treaties with Israel. Israel would start trading with the Arab world, and the economic linkages would further diminish hostility. Furthermore, the settlements would no longer have to be defended. That is the most difficult security concern for Israel, and it would vanish.

All that aside, Israeli security is not the main issue. The main issue is Israel's ongoing theft of Palestinian land.
