The fact is that Dayan had a MAJOR disagreement with Golda Meir over the colonization of the occupied territories.

Hawk, it is not a fact stated like that, but the caricature of a fact. Dayan was a very complex person with many shifting ideas, by cherry-picking you can paint any picture you like. By 1981, Dayan formed a political party that advocated unilateral separation from the territories...there is no substitute for reading good historians.
