Thomas,

I agree completely. Just as Clinton was useful for women's causes (sans welfare), the environment and labor, he too was more than willing to act aggressively in foreign affairs. It is no mistake that the largest military base that the U.S. has built since the Viet Nam era sits astraddle a proposed pipeline route through Kosovo. Camp Bondsteel, a $1 Billion project for Halliburton, is proof that Clinton is just another milder flavor of American imperialist than the Bush Family.

Kerry gives every impression that he is equally meddlesome, slightly less messianic and a continuation of policy for the CFR/JINSA/PNAC crowd who all hope for the rapid birth of the ugly American Empire and the end of our inconvenient democratic hesitation to really "get it on".
