I read all your stuff just now. I saw Ross on C-SPAN.
Despite what you say, I believe he had a pretty moderate plan, which would involve compromise by all - including having Israel give up some current Israeli territory - Isreal proper - not the Occupied areas - in exchange for keeping about 5-8% of the most populated settlement areas now in Occupied Palestine.

I think he is reasonable, and that everyone involved would be much better off to settle this. Neither side is going to get everything they want.

Just my take - but I though Dennis Ross sounded very fair-minded.

That passage doesn't identify Ross as an Israeli citizen. It does say Indyk was an Australian citizen.
