Didn't Kerry (or his advisors) understand that all the hoo-ha about Bush's service records would come back and bite them in the butt?? Now we have to see what the meaning of "all" is, and also wait for the analysis that will be forthcoming from trained eyes used to reading military files. Should be an interesting news cycle. UPDATE: Periods of 10 days (3/11/67 to 3/21/67), two months (4/15/67 to 6/7/68) and three+ months (7/21/68 to 11/8/68) are missing from the fitness reports made available by Kerry. There are no fitness reports for the service following 7/31/69. Under the standard applied to Bush, Kerry was AWOL four times. I will leave it to the military pros to assess whatever significance, if any, there are to these gaps. hughhewitt.com
