Possibly, but a) I'm not an accountant and that's a little too arcane for me to guess at and b) Regardless of the GAAP number, what will influence the stock price is the real no-BS operations result net of one-time events, except of course for any cash distributions they surprise people with. Unless they can tell a story at the CC that convincingly maps these settlements onto future revenue growth, I don't think they'll matter much. But I do suspect they'll try to tell that story. --QS
