I normally would start an initial position on AUO here as it has pulled back 50 percent of the most recent move from 19.50.
The high volume surge to the downside 2 days ago worries me though, in light of the upside surge in PXLW. Now LCD TV is only about 12 percent of AUO's revenue, so it may indicate traders think there is a problem on the monitor side. Now GNSS reports after the close today so it should give more color. Right now the only thing I can think of is that margin are under pressure since parts cost are rising due to tight fab capacity. So potential it could do a SDNK or LEXR.
