Yes, the UN has long been biased against the Palestinians. It started in 1947 when the UN gave the Zionists about 50% of the land even though they only owned 5% of it.

But you will notice my exact words were "A Palestinian state along the lines of UN 242". That is what the Palestinians formally offered to Israel at the UN Security Council in 1976, along with full recognition, peace treaties, etc. from all of the Arab states. Israel's reaction was to bomb Palestinian camps. In 1982, the Saudis presented a similar plan. Israel reacted by sending fighter jets to fly over the Saudi oil fields.
