When did we decide??????? The explanation was in the next sentence, "to create a free Iraq, etc". Which required some pretty extreme measures. I must have missed the memo.It was always regime change and/or disarmament and enforcement of UN Resolutions. Done, done and done. So on the timeline we are all developing in our brains, when did HE decide "to create a free Iraq, etc". And who asked him to? Are we all brain-dead? Didn't you live through the sixties?
