One question, and a comment:

1) What is 'rich'?

2) You need to consider ALL government sources or revenue, when attempting to reform our corrupt tax codes... not just ONE tax (federal income) on ONE group (individuals).

Pardon my interruption, but what percentage of corporations pay income taxes???? ie, how much tax do corps pay?

And in your flat tax proposal, would there be nothing deductible such as mortgage interest????
