More on the Penny King. I corresponded with him for awhile, and though he was obviously a whackjob, I confess I never imagined he was that far gone. This is an email sent to a friend; I've omitted Sandra's phone number...
Hello, I am Sandra Gabor the wife of Gabor S. Acs. I was told that you are someone who might be interested in info about my husband. At this point I am telling anyone who calls or wants info about him the entire truth. After he attacked me last weekend, when I was trying to just help the man stay out of jail, I decided he is so crazy that he deserves everything he gets at this point. I am sending you the police report, do what you want with it. I was hoping that I could put it onto the board, but I could not copy it. It is somewhat hard to read after I scanned it into my computer, so I will type it out here as well:
Victim and Suspect have been married for 10 years and have two children in common. Victim came to LV to retrieve their vehicle which was filled with computers and parts. She found their vehicle parked in front of the L.V. Lounge. Using her key she opened the front door not realizing the suspect was in the backseat with a girl/male friend. The suspect stated he got out of the backseat and grabbed the victim from the drivers seat dragging her from the vehicle causing her to fall to the ground. Victim said he also hit her four times, with his fist, in the face. When suspect was told he was to be arrested he fell to the ground as if having a seizure. Medical was called and he was transported to the hospital.
To clarify things even further, Gabe became suicidal last month at least telling me and others he wanted to kill himself over the stuff with the SEC and now with Telynx. He has had mental problems for as long as I have known him and apparently after talking to his first wife Aerial this was going on 15 years earlier before he met me. He told me recently that his entire reputation is ruined, so now he can't do anymore business with anyone and he didn't know what he was going to do for money. We live in a rental house that is 2200 a month, we have two expensive cars, both our kids go to private school.
He has lied to me for nearly 10 years, after finding out recently from people what he has been trying to do with his businesses. He told me that the thing with the SEC was not his fault, he told me that he was the owner of Telynx and that Talieh and Paul are his enemies. It was revealed to me that he is the one that has been doing so much fraud not just with Telynx, but with a man named Amber who is now going after him on criminal charges. Many many others too long to list here. I didn't even know that he had two felonies and that they could deport him.
The last thing he told me was that he was going to get over a hundred thousand dollars from HP from the sale of the Telynx software, and it would go directly to him. When HP decided not to go forward with the sale, he told me that Paul had messed it all up for him. Then he wanted to go to El Paso and take all the computers and some files from the Telynx storage and office. He told me that he thought he could get some money for them to cover the bills. At that time I was totally convinced by him that he was the rightful owner and that he had every right to get into the storage unit and take the stuff. Now I know differently.
The Saturday before Easter, Gabe called me from the road and said he had all the stuff, and he was heading back home and he would be home the next day. He even went on to ask if me and the kids would like to go camping next week for their spring break. The next day on Easter he had not returned, and I could not get a hold of him by his cell phone. On Monday I saw what had been posted on the pink sheets about Talieh and Paul and the 8-K. Meanwhile, Gabe had called his friend Joe Levay to tell him to call me to tell me that he was OK and that he was not going to be returning for a while. He also told Joe that he took the computers. That same day Talieh and I talked on the phone for hours and Talieh told me that Gabe has committed a federal crime since he had crossed state lines with the computers and will be in more trouble because he is trying to sell them. I then called Gabe and left one message after the next trying to tell him to please not sell anything and that he needed
to come
home and we need to get this straightened out. Talieh also told Gabe if he just turned the stuff back over to the company they would not file charges. Nobody could get through to Gabe. He just kept saying that Telynx owned him money, and that he was going to keep all of the stuff until they paid up.
Then on Thursday night April 15 Talieh got a call from Gabe. Gabe said OK I don't want to get into trouble with the FBI, and I will give back the stuff. He then told Talieh and Beth to meet him at the Excalibur hotel in LV at 3pm on Friday April 16th. I got a plane ticket to fly down from Reno and both Talieh and Beth, the attorney, drove over from LA. We got to the Excalibur and waited for 2 hours, and he did not show up. We tried calling, and he would not answer his cell phone. Earlier in the week, I had been looking at the cell phone calls he had been making, since you can see them at the providers web site. I had made many calls and so did Talieh and Beth to the people he had been calling. The majority of people he called were prostitutes and another a man who did video of xrated movies. When I asked him if he knew where Gabe was he told me no, but that Gabe had called him wanting to make a "tantra movie" with all these "working girls" that he had met. He had also made a
call to
a place called the Las Vegas Lounge, a transvestite club. This is where he was eventually found.
After many hours Talieh and Beth gave up waiting for him to respond back by phone and they decided to head back to LA and go ahead and press charges. I stayed since my flight back wasn't until the next day. I decided to try one more thing to find him, so I called this Lounge and asked for directions. I drove in my rental car over to the place and there was his car!! I drove around the parking area to make sure that he was not around, thinking that he was inside the club. I called Talieh and told him I found the car, so he told me to go park my car and get into Gabe's and we will meet. I then parked my car and went over to his, unlocked the car with my key, but didn't see because of the tinted glass that he was in the back of the SUV with a transvestite. The next thing I know he is grabbing me around the neck, and then he gets out of the car and pulls me out to the ground. The next is in the police report.
As soon as the police tell Gabe he is going to be arrested, Gabe falls to the ground saying he is having a heart attack. I run over thinking he really is, and even after this sick and disgusting man did what he did to me, I still cared enough to see if he really is having a heart attack. Then one of the officers came over and told me to calm down, we think he is just faking it!!! By law they have to call the paramedics anyway, and when they arrive he is now acting like he is having a seizure. They cart him away to the hospital. I then leave to go to another hospital for myself.
The next day, Saturday, I called the jail to see if he was there, and they told me that he was still at the hospital. I was told before that an officer would go to the hospital and stay with Gabe for no more than an hour then take him to jail, but if Gabe were to stay longer they could not keep the officer with him and that Gabe would be given a citation to show up in court instead. I called the hospital and talked to the nurse who told me to come over and talk to the doctor. At the hospital Gabe was screaming that he was going to kill himself. The doctor told me that he was filing a form 2001, and he was going to commit Gabe to the LV state mental institute. He told me that Gabe also had 3 kinds of drugs in his system, crack, weed, and ecstasy.
Then on Sunday, I gave Talieh the computers and files and drove back to Reno thinking that Gabe was finally going to get the help he needed. When I got home I had this message on the voicemail from Gabe saying he got out of the hospital, and he was on the streets of LV. I immediately called the hospital and somehow Gabe had slipped through the system and lied to a social worker saying he was no longer suicidal. Apparently, by law, if he isn't yet placed into the mental hospital, and he is waiting in an ER room he can be assessed and then released within 48 hours just by telling a social worker he is no longer a threat to himself. Unfortunately, the original doctor was not there when it was done, so he could not stop them from doing it otherwise he told me he would have.
At the present time, Gabe keeps calling me collect asking me if I will help him since he is on the streets of LV without money, without a car, and without any friends. Gabe has the nerve to ask me if I will fly him up to Reno, so then he can turn around and take his car and go back down to LV to do his tricks with the trans and continue doing his drugs. Meanwhile me and the kids are about to be evicted from our house, lose the cars, ruin our credit, and with very little money. Gabe hasn't even asked how his kids are doing or how he can help in anyway.
Just less than a week ago I can't believe I was so concerned about this man enough to try and save his butt from going to jail, and this is what I get in return from him. For anyone out there that has ever done business with Gabe, I have to say I am sorry for you, but take a look at what he has even done to his own family. Maybe this will open people's eyes as to who "ThePennilessKing" really is!
