Got a Canon S30 with ArcSoft Camera Suite 1.1. Never used the software though. For retouching I use Microsoft Photo Editor (?don't remember exact name?) Your mileage may vary.

BTW, you should also have some Canon photo browsing and editing (?) software in the package. I have not used that one either. :)

If you want the freeware substitute for Adobe PhotoShop (#1 with imaging gurus I have been told) for editing images you can get it here. GIMP
