If he was to go to the UN and sincerely lay out the case as to why the UN has an interest in the success of Iraq, they would come to the table. Problem is Bush won't do it.

Kerry will do it, and gather a large coalition of nations to make Iraq a free and stable nation. He will get the Muslim nations involved....which is critical.

Bush will do nothing. I'm still shocked that he handed the process of turning power over to the Iraqis to the UN. His back is clearly against the wall. And he has no plan...repeat Bush has no plan...if he does please articulate to me and the rest of the board Bush's plan before you waste another keystroke.
