I dunno AC, you might be right. I'm hedging a little differently homewise. I've a home, free and clear in under 2 years. It's in a middle class high demand area with lots of upside left if you are right. If you are wrong well It's still mine and in a more desirable area so I hopefully can pack up, move to the outskirts (where I want to be at any rate) which will likely be hit worse. Not perfect but a plan and I won't leverage the home as a precaution.
