Well he's not much of a debater that's for sure.

Did you see that IRS document i posted? In '03 payroll taxes accounted for almost as much revenue as income taxes.

That means the tax burden is clearly being shifted downward, proving what most of us said: Bush's tax cuts are heavily slanted to the rich.

And since the IRS calls payroll taxes Employment Tax and the CBO and OMB count those Employment taxes as general revenue, how can anyone argue seriously that they are not a federal tax?

I don't care if it is. The gov't is borrowing money against the surplus. Big deal. The people will still get their SS $, and you will still be bellyaching and whining about taxes. Samo, samo.
