I bought a little of CRKT(e) and trying to buy a bit more if the e causes a dump. It can be an opportunity. Of course, it can also be an excuse, hiding bad management practices so CAVEAT. With many of these microcaps, you have to take their word and are, in essence, gambling.

Tom...there are a multitude of E's out there due to S/O...only thing you can do is call the company to see when they are going to file....
