specter .. toomey race.. expect low republican turnout.. if so toomey wins. A large turnout is in Specter favor. toomey has his forces motivated to turn out and vote. Race now undecided. ps radio 1210 says a phone survey yesterday on calls to republicans say they will vote for specter by a razors edge. asked if they are going to vote. well.. questionable at this time but specter still comes out ahead. again this was a local radio calling survery. no idea of number called .
