My particular vision is similar to that guy in the movie 7even (seven)....(starring Brad Pitt, Morgan Freeman and Kevin Spacey). The guy that was kept alive for a year with IVs and herion. Basically a barely living skeleton.

I'm curious to see how far the real estate market can go before topping out. My understanding from family members in the biz here in LaLa land is that there is no inventory. People aren't selling. Probably for the same reason we aren't, even though our house would go for twice as much as we bought it for 6 years ago. If we sold, we would have incredible gains, but we wouldn't be able to get into anything even close to what we have for a reasonable price and we would also have to pay the corresponding higher taxes. Of course, if we sold and moved to Barstow, CA we could probably get a Mansion and have lots of cash left over. Of course, we would be living in Barstow though.

One thing (and maybe the only thing) that I learned in the past few years is that bubbles do burst.
