The orderly administration of trial court proceedings should not be at the whim of a defendant with a SLAPP-happy trigger finger. Gee, and why stop there? Why not simply outlaw all types of Motions to Dismiss? After all, we all know that when big corporations sue people critical of them that said people are absolutely guilty, so why delay their inevitable trial and conviction? These are the sorts of things you should send to thesmokinggun.com as examples of attorney incompetence. - Jeff
