You may think it is easy to fight terror but the problem is complicated. You only have to lose one time and the death is devastating. I prefer peace but Israel can't negotiate with itself, and certainly not with Hamas, which really just wants Israel's destruction. Israel has no choice and whether or not they will "defeat" the terrorist Hamas et als., they are doing only what they can do at this point. The other choices I listed in my prior post may be necessary, e.g., full scale war. I hope that is not the case and that the leaders on both sides can somehow listen to the people who really want to make peace.
