Their ideal candidate is probably some on-again, off-again retired old fart stuck in the desert somewhere.... former insider, far enough removed from the taint, yet with requisite experience to really turn it around. Actually knows original ground-breaking code, too, so Sanjay isn't particularly needed at that cushy replacement gig, soaking up payroll. A win at several ends. CA BAU (Bizness As Usual) or a New CA? If they ever find that dude, his hat should thrown into the ring.
