Yes, its a very simple question: The answer is -- withdraw, it has nothing to do with you. Pack your bags and leave. Tell the settlers to pack up what they can, leave, and don't come back. Israel has a say over Israel -- nothing more and nothing less.

You ask what state should get it back......how about firstly the one it was taken from last i.e. Jordan. In the interim it could remain under Jordanian control before it becomes the new state of Palestine along with Gaza. In order for this to be done a complete withdrawal of Israeli Defense forces and illegal settlements would be necessary. MON.
