The GOP is careful to always have a few high-visibility minority members out on stage for show. Behind the scenes it is 95% white males.

I remember a GOP rally I went to in Boston. There were about 100 upper class type white males in white shirts and ties all chanting. Not a single minority person or even a woman. Amazing. Even though I'm a white male myself it was kind of scary to me. They seemed like Nazis in suits.

Contrast to a Kerry fundraiser or rally where it is a even mix of men, women, white, black and everything else.
