I got an email. I will try to find it with all the junk stuff I got, but it was in the mainstream press last summer because of the heat over there and the a/c's were a great thing for the troops.

I can't understand with all the billions why our troops should have suffer. Not having armor on the vehicles and on their person really gets me upset.

I recently found an Israeli company that seems to be into these areas. DFNS - apparently trying to sell to US.
