i don't live in vancouver proper, but
in an area called the "lower mainland"
which includes vancouver and neighbouring
suburbs and cities. i'm in a little town
south of vancouver very close to the u.s.a.'s
best kept secret, pt. roberts, wa.

Have a good trip.

Where are you going to be? My former father-in-law had a place on Lake Toxic Way. It's really a pretty area, but I REALLY loved that area when we drove the Blue Ridge Parkway one fall. Blew me away. The closest I could come to that out here would be to wander (sober) into a vineyard when the leaves turn, and lay on my back. Lots of color, but hardly the same thing.
