Agree. From what I read the problem seems to be within the kit lens. If so, shouldn't be a tragedy to fix the problem from here on and to recall the faulty lenses already shipped. Less of a problem than the body being at fault. Will be watching closely how this shakes out. Not something that'll simply blow away, quietly, IF the problem is a design and they don't deal with it, pronto.
