Condi Rice had zero experience in counter-terrorism and Islamics. That was the #1 threat. Her expertise was in outdated Cold War threats, and all in universities, never in the field. She was totally unqualified, and who knows what her real views are, she just parrots anything Cheney-Bush say. for all we know she's a robot.
